Led the move of more than 150 customers onto CrowdStrike Falcon. Built the tenant creation, configuration, legacy-agent removal and staged enforcement workflows that made the programme safe enough to move fast.
Designed a federated SSO model in Microsoft Entra ID to centralise provisioning and access across multiple security platforms — replacing a third-party identity provider and its cost.
Technical architecture and lifecycle ownership across a multi-vendor EDR estate supporting 1,000+ customers and 30,000+ endpoints — from onboarding and policy design to threat hunting and incident support.
